If your teen is not ready for 1:1 coaching I also offer a group coaching session with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 teens who are working on similar worries.
Group coaching allows young people to learn from and with each other, to recognise that they are not on the only one who may feel as they do.
The first session will be a connection session followed by 4 issue based sessions as identified by the group in the first week.
Each group member will receive an individualised action plan and will be expected to practice the techniques that they learn each week.
